Ourea Events organises some of the most challenging off-road mountain running events in the UK, and we pride ourselves in our attention to detail, meticulous planning, and bulletproof organisation.

We have set up Ourea Hire as a result of a key contractor cancelling their marquee hire agreement two months prior to one of our expedition races. This experience quickly led us to purchasing our own marquees to ensure we would not be in this position again.

As event organisers, we understand that securing the right infrastructure is mission critical.

We also have other equipment available for hire. Whatever you decide to hire, you have our assurance that we will provide a professional and reliable service.

Our Marquees

Ourea Hire own Tentnology Matrix Marquees which are designed to be flexible and functional with stunning sleek peaks, presenting a distinctive look in any environment.

6m x 6m square matrix tent which is 36sqm.

Wind rating

The Tentnology Matrix marquees do specify high wind rating. Depending on the configuration of your marquee, site location and forecasted weather conditions we will outline a recommended wind rating.

When DO WE HAVE availability?

We organise five annual events therefore our marquees are only available at certain times of the year. The following dates outline when the marquees are not available to hire:
