Introducing the Salomon Buttermere Skyline
The wait is over, and the planning can commence!
We are excited to announce a brand new race for 2024… the Salomon Buttermere Skyline. This race will also be the final in the Golden Trail National Series and will take place on Saturday 14th September 2024.
The route is a breath-taking and classic mountain loop of the Buttermere fells, taking in the famous Red Pike, High Stile, Hay Stacks, Dale Head, and Robinson summits, linking technical trails and magical Lakeland views.

The event is likely to be a “one off” in the race series. Entries for the race open on Thursday, 1st February 2024. We anticipate this event being hugely popular, so make sure you get your entry in fast!
